I had a new unit installed by another company, after 9 weeks of problems with the new unit and having given up on the installer to find and fix the problem I gave Keith’s a call. I can’t describe how knowledgeable professional and compassionate these folks are. They came out the day I called, found the issues the installer caused (damaged the coil beyond repair) and helped find solutions and get my A/C up and working properly. I’m so thankful for this company. We lost power on a Sunday morning. I didn’t realize the AC was out until about noon as I was cooking and the house was heating up. I called 2 companies prior to calling Keiths. One wanted 160 bucks for service call even though they are open 24hrs a day. The other wanted 59 bucks but she was very honest about working on the unit but was very helpful as to who to choose based on prices so I didn’t get ripped off. I called Keiths and let me tell you, Keith sent Micheal out and he went straight to the issue. It was all in the thermostat(heating pump just needed to be switched to HP and not Gas) but I couldn’t figure it out because this has happened before. Micheal saved the rest of my Sunday so I could relax with AC. Thank you guys for being respectable and pleasurable business. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for great service and prices!
