No. Keith's charges the same rate at 2am as 2pm. Same rate on Sunday holidays as Tuesday afternoons. Zero surcharges for after-hours, weekend, or holiday service. This is unusual for the industry and it's a deliberate choice: AC almost never breaks during business hours, so charging extra when people actually need help never made sense to us.

Our diagnostic fee is $80. That covers a licensed technician coming to your home, diagnosing the problem, and giving you an upfront price for any repair before any work starts. No hidden fees, no bait-and-switch. If you're on the Keith's Care Plan you get 10% off any repair.

Keith's Care Plan is our preventative maintenance membership. $199.99 per year (or $99.99 for a one-time visit if you want to try it first). You get two comprehensive tune-ups per year (spring for AC, fall for heat), priority scheduling ahead of non-members, waived after-hours fees for members, 15% off any repairs, and 10% off a new replacement system when the time comes. Most Coast homes see the annual fee pay for itself in the first year through avoided emergency calls and extended equipment life.

Rheem, Lennox, Trane, Daikin, Mitsubishi, and Carrier. We're a Rheem Triple Diamond Dealer (Rheem's top-tier honor, held every year since 2020) so Rheem is our most-installed line, but we're brand-agnostic on the recommendation. We spec what fits your home, your budget, and the Gulf Coast climate best. All new installations come with a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty plus a 1-year labor warranty from Keith's.

Yes. We work with three lending partners: Service Finance Company, FTL Finance, and Synchrony. Approved-credit monthly payments most Coast households can absorb comfortably. We give you a free in-home estimate before you apply, so you know the number you're financing before any commitment.

General rule: if your system is under 10 years old and the repair costs less than 30% of a new system, repair. If it's 10+ years old, on R-22 refrigerant (phased out, now expensive), or the repair costs more than 50% of new, replace. Your Keith's tech gives you a straight answer with the numbers on both options during the diagnostic visit. No pressure, no upsell tactics.

Twice a year is standard: once in spring for the AC before summer heat, once in fall for the furnace or heat pump before winter. Coastal humidity in Mississippi makes this more important than in dry climates because coils, drains, and blowers all stress harder here. The Keith's Care Plan schedules and reminds you automatically.
