Keith’s is now offering a club membership maintenance plan in order to provide you with the highest level of protection and maintenance that you deserve for your HVAC equipment.
Twice each year an expert HVAC Technician will perform the following services:
- Level and check thermostat for proper operation
- Check air filters
- Remove dust/lint buildup on return air grill
- Check blower motor voltage
- Check blower motor amperage
- Check evaporator coil*
- Perform visual refrigerant leak check
- Check refrigerant charge for proper levels
- Check temperature drop across coil
- Inspect drain pan for cleanliness and leaks
Cleaning and/or removal is an extra charge
- Priority service
- No overtime charges
- 10% off repairs
- 10% of any new replacement System
