Our warranty stack
Every new system install from Keith's carries two layers of warranty coverage:
Manufacturer parts warranty
10 years through the manufacturer (registered by us at install). Covers replacement cost of major parts: compressor, coils, heat exchanger, control boards, motors.
Labor warranty
1 year of labor coverage on the install, backed by Keith's. If a covered part fails within that first year, we come out and fix it with no labor charge.
Repair warranty
Any repair we perform carries a 1-year labor warranty on the specific work done. If the same issue recurs within a year, we come back at no additional charge.
What voids warranty
- Skipping annual maintenance (our Care Plan handles this and documents it)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs by other companies
- Failure to register manufacturer warranty within window (we do this at install)
- Using non-approved replacement parts
- Storm damage, flooding, lightning strikes (homeowner's insurance coverage instead)
Transferability
Selling your home? Manufacturer warranties are often transferable with a small transfer fee. Notify us and we'll help you handle the paperwork. This can add real value to your home listing.
How to file a warranty claim
Call (228) 265-8609. Our dispatch will pull your file, verify coverage, and schedule the service. Warranty claims never carry a diagnostic fee.
